2. what data is collected, what purpose it serves and how it is stored

a) Visiting the homepage . When you visit this website, your browser automatically sends information to the server of my website. This data is temporarily stored in a log file. This data is collected and automatically deleted:

  • IP address of your end device,

  • Date and time,

  • time zone difference to Greenwich Mean Time (GMT),

  • Which page you have requested,

  • Access status/HTTP status code,

  • Name and URL of the retrieved file,

  • Website from which the access was made (referrer URL),

  • Browser used and, if applicable, the operating system of your computer and the name of your access provider,

  • Language and version of the browser software.

And that is why I or my server needs this data:

  • To guarantee the establishment of a connection to the websites,

  • To ensure the use of my websites,

  • analysing system security and stability

  • and for other administrative purposes.

According to Art. 6 para. 1 GDPR, I have the right to use this data. I cannot draw any conclusions about your person.

b) Contact via my contact form

For all questions you can use my contact form. A valid email address is required for this. Otherwise I will not be able to answer your question. I also need to save all the data that is important for answering your enquiry. This could be your telephone number, your name, your email address and calendar data for making appointments. The data processing for the purpose of contacting me is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 S. GDPR on the basis of your voluntarily given consent. When you use my contact form, my host temporarily stores your IP address to enable your email to be sent. Your IP address is not visible to me. Unencrypted emails are always a risk and can lead to unwanted data loss.

3. disclosure of data to third parties

I do not normally pass on data to third parties. However, it may be necessary if: You request it according to §20 GDPR or the disclosure according to Art. 6 para. 1 p. GDPR is necessary for the assertion, exercise or defence of legal claims (we have a legal dispute) and there is no reason to assume that you have an overriding interest worthy of protection in not disclosing your data.

I use cookies. These are small files that your browser creates and stores on your device. The cookie contains information about how you use my site, but not who you are. I cannot draw any conclusions about your identity from a cookie. Cookies compile statistics on who has used my site and how often and help me to make your visit more pleasant and interesting by analysing these statistics. Cookies are automatically deleted after some time. The data processed by cookies are necessary for the purposes mentioned to safeguard my legitimate interests in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 S. GDPR. Most browsers accept cookies automatically. The complete deactivation of cookies may mean that you cannot use all functions of my websites.

The tracking measures listed below, like the cookies, serve to optimise my pages and help me to analyse user behaviour and use it to improve the quality of the pages.

Google Analytics

I use Google Analytics to optimise my pages. Google Analytics works in the same way as the cookies described in section 4 and is used to compile statistics on your user behaviour. In the near future, I will install a plugin that you can use to create an opt-out cookie to optionally prevent Google Analytics from collecting your data. Your data will be sent by Google Analytics to a server in the USA and temporarily stored there. The IP addresses of European users are masked and anonymised by Google Analytics so that no conclusions can be drawn about your identity. Google uses your data for market analyses and may pass it on to third parties.

You have the right

  • to request information about your personal data processed by me in accordance with Art. 15 GDPR

  • in accordance with Art. 16 GDPR, to demand the immediate correction of incorrect or incomplete personal data stored by me

  • in accordance with Art. 17 GDPR, to request the erasure of your personal data stored by me, unless the processing is necessary for exercising the right of freedom of expression and information, for compliance with a legal obligation or for the defence of legal claims

  • in accordance with Art. 18 GDPR, to demand the restriction of the processing of your personal data if the accuracy of the data is disputed by you, the processing is unlawful, but you refuse to delete it and I no longer need the data, but you need it for the assertion, exercise or defence of legal claims or you have lodged an objection to the processing in accordance with Art. 21 GDPR;

  • in accordance with Art. 20 GDPR, to receive your personal data that you have provided to me in a commonly used and machine-readable format or to request that it be transmitted to another controller

  • in accordance with Art. 7 para. 3 GDPR, to revoke your consent once given to me at any time. As a result, I may no longer continue the data processing that was based on this consent in the future

  • to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in accordance with Art. 77 GDPR.
